Jeremy is a Birmingham, AL native, along with being an experienced architect and developer. Jeremy has completed several developments in Birmingham - as the founder of the local development firm, Metropolitan - such as the Phoenix Building renovation, a LIHTC mixed income renovation, and ROW 5, an urban infill townhouse project that was the first townhouse development in the City’s Central Business District. Jeremy also led the development of 2nd Row, a mixed-use neighborhood redevelopment on 2nd Avenue. Jeremy recently completed the development of 2323, a contemporary condo development in downtown Birmingham. On the architecture front, Jeremy is the founder of Erdreich Architecture, a comprehensive architecture firm focusing on urban mixed-use and multifamily rehabilitation, neighborhood planning, and placemaking. He attended Yale College and Harvard University, receiving a Bachelor’s and Masters in Architecture, respectively.
