Marcion Luce is a Birmingham-based real estate development company founded in 2021. The Company was formed to develop architecturally forward projects that have a strong economic and social impact. Key to our mission is our belief that inspiring design has the power to not only inspire individuals within distinct communities, but also entire cities. Marcion Luce is currently working on projects that enable diverse housing choices in the City of Birmingham, such as community-oriented cottage layouts in the downtown area, including Avondale.
